Leadership, Education & Vision
Ledix Adams Jepherson is a Civil Engineer, sustainability advocate, and entrepreneur currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) in Sustainable Engineering at Arizona State University (ASU). His academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to engineering innovation, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development.
Originally from Les Gonaïves, Haiti, he began his educational journey at École Nationale Cyr-Guillo before continuing his secondary education at Collège Immaculée Conception des Gonaïves, where he consistently distinguished himself through academic excellence.
His scientific journey continued at the Faculty of Sciences of the State University of Haiti before taking him to Mexico, where he pursued Civil Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Pachuca, part of Tecnológico Nacional de México. His academic achievements include recognition among the top three students during a conference organized by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. He was also recognized as an Academic Ambassador on the Alison learning platform for his academic performance.
Currently based in the United States, Ledix continues to expand his academic and technical expertise through graduate studies and professional development in sustainable engineering, environmental science, and infrastructure. His additional qualifications include Building Information Modeling (BIM), professional project management, and a Project Management Essentials Certificate from Howard University.

Beyond engineering, Ledix is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of EDHA – Education and Development of Haiti, an initiative dedicated to transforming education through digitalization, innovation, and greater access to knowledge.
His entrepreneurial vision is rooted in the belief that education, technology, and sustainable development are essential pillars of national progress.
Through his leadership at LEDIX Engineering & Sustainability, he seeks to bring together engineering expertise, environmental services, and sustainable solutions to help organizations and communities address today’s infrastructure and environmental challenges.

Regulated engineering services, professional calculations and sealed drawings are provided only where appropriately licensed and authorized. Tell us your location and requirements and we will confirm what applies.

No. The projects shown on this site are conceptual or demonstration work, labeled as such. We do not present them as completed client projects.
